Using a specialist dye sublimation process, the inks are fused deep into the Polar Fleece fibres, creating a long-lasting print that won't crack, peel or scratch away, even with repeat washing. We carefully prepare two layers of above-average weight Polar Fleece (285gsm) and then lovingly stitch them together, resulting in a thick and sumptuous 570 gsm double-thick custom blanket, the thickest available. All our blankets are handmade to order by our team of expert print technicians, talented craftsmen and artisan seamstresses.
